Why the BMW MOVE map update is useful
Older BMW and MINI models with Business Navigation also deserve up-to-date map data. Outdated maps lead to incorrect turn-by-turn directions, missing roads, and unnecessary detours. With the BMW Navi Update MOVE 2024, you will once again have all the latest roads and traffic routing directly in your vehicle – without a smartphone, without an internet connection. Digital delivery via download – no USB stick included.
Which update fits my BMW?
Check your current navigation version directly in the vehicle. If WAY, EVO, LIVE, JOY, West, Next, MOTION, MOVE, PREMIUM, or USB is displayed there, the corresponding update is the correct one. If your vehicle shows EVO, then only EVO is compatible. Every BMW navigation system is permanently assigned; other versions are not compatible.
We offer BMW Navi updates for all vehicles. Simply write to us with your VIN directly via WhatsApp – we will help you find the right update for your vehicle.
Frequently Asked Questions – BMW MOVE Map Update 2024
How do I find out if my BMW has the MOVE navigation system?
In the vehicle, go to: Navigation → Map → Settings → Version Information. If it says "MOVE" there, this update is compatible. When in doubt, simply send us your VIN – we will check for free.
What is the difference between MOVE and MOTION?
MOVE and MOTION are two different BMW navigation systems for different vehicle models and production years. They are not compatible with each other – every vehicle has exactly one permanently assigned system.
Is the FSC code also valid for future updates?
Yes – the FSC code remains permanently valid and can continue to be used for all future MOVE map updates.
How long does the installation take?
Between 30 and 60 minutes. The ignition must be switched on – the vehicle does not need to be running.
What happens if I buy the wrong update?
The navigation system automatically detects whether the update is compatible. An incorrect update cannot be installed and will not cause any damage. Send us your VIN – we will check for free.
How quickly will I receive the download link?
Usually within a few hours after receipt of payment and VIN verification via email.
