Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of digital products and services made through our website, our shop, or other sales platforms used by us.
By completing the order, the buyer agrees to these terms.
Type of Products and Delivery
We offer exclusively digital products and digital services. These include, in particular, software, download access, server access, update access, installation aids, and digital activations.
Delivery is exclusively electronic via email, download link, or server release. Physical data carriers such as USB sticks, DVDs, or hard drives are not shipped unless explicitly agreed upon separately.
The buyer is obliged to provide a valid and functional email address. Please also check spam and junk folders after purchase.
Automatic and Manual Provisioning
Many orders are provisioned automatically after receipt of payment.
Some products or services are processed manually. These include, in particular, ISTA iLean, FSC Codes, Navigation Maps / Road Maps, Apple CarPlay Services, Maxi Dealer Package, Unlimited Access / Server Access, as well as individual service or remote services.
For manually processed orders, processing may take 24 to 72 hours, depending on the workload.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made, depending on availability, by credit card, debit card, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency, or PayPal after prior arrangement.
Payment processing is handled by external payment service providers.
Programs and Content Offered
Depending on the product, our offer may include the following programs, data packages or content: ISTA / ISTA+, ISTA-P, INPA, EDIABAS, NCS Expert, WinKFP, Tool32, E-Sys, SP-DATEN, PSdZData, Navi-Updates / Road Maps, FSC Code / Activation Code, iLean / ISTA iLean, ISTA Standalone Language Packages, HDD-Updates or similar additional files.
Not every product automatically includes all of the above programs or files. The respective product description is solely decisive.
Software Usage
The offered software and data packages are not plug-and-play. Basic computer knowledge is required for installation, setup, and use.
The buyer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate product, checking compatibility with the vehicle, laptop, and interface, correct installation, and proper use of the software.
Use is at your own risk.
Operating System and Compatibility
Our software is generally intended for Windows systems. We do not provide any warranty for other operating systems or environments such as Mac OS, Linux, Chrome OS, Bootcamp, Parallel Desktop, or virtual machines.
We do not guarantee that every vehicle, every control unit, every language, every navigation version, or every hardware configuration is supported. This also applies to imported vehicles, special models, and deviating equipment.
License Terms
Depending on the product, software may be provided with or without license restrictions. The description of the respective product is always decisive for the applicable license terms.
For licensed software, it generally applies that a license is intended for only one computer and may not be used simultaneously on multiple devices. Use on virtual machines is generally not supported. Transfer of the license to other devices is only possible if explicitly stated in the product description.
In the event of significant hardware changes, particularly the replacement of the motherboard, major system changes, or violations of the license terms, a license may become invalid. In such cases, there is no entitlement to free replacement or a new license.
Mega Server and Download Access
The buyer is responsible for their internet speed, download time, and timely backup of their files. If download links, releases, or server accesses are time-limited, files must be downloaded and secured in a timely manner.
Installation Help and Support
Support, remote assistance, or installation help are only offered if explicitly part of the purchased product or service.
Unless otherwise stated, support only includes the basic installation of the offered software. Normal support does not include, in particular, individual vehicle coding, programming/flashing, navigation activation, FSC creation by the buyer, hardware errors, interface problems, internet problems, or already faulty modified systems.
For products such as E-Sys, ETK, navigation updates, virtual machines, or third-party programs, support may be excluded or limited.
Navigation Updates and FSC
Navigation updates, map material, FSC codes, and similar activations are done at the buyer's own risk.
If a navigation or map update does not work, this can have various causes, for example, incorrect execution, a missing or incorrect FSC code, an incompatible version, an already current map version, a defective navigation unit, or a deviating system configuration for imported vehicles.
We assume no liability for failed updates, incompatibilities, or resulting damages.
Disclaimer of Liability
The use of all programs, data packages, maps, server access, interfaces, and installation files is entirely at your own risk.
We assume no liability for damage to the vehicle, damage to control units, damage to the computer or operating system, data loss, connection problems with interfaces, installation errors, incorrect operation by the buyer, or damage caused by incorrect coding, programming, or updates.
Diagnostic, coding, and programming tools are powerful tools and require careful and expert application.
Refunds and Digital Products
As these are digital contents and digital services, there is generally no right to return, exchange, or refund after the download, link, access, or product has been provided, as far as legally permissible.
By completing the order, the buyer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of any withdrawal period and that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the digital service has been provided.
If, as an exceptional gesture of goodwill, a refund is issued, non-refundable payment service provider fees and a reasonable processing fee may be retained.
Conduct and Communication
Respectful conduct is expected. Insults, threats, discrimination, racist remarks, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately block or terminate support, server access, or further services.
Trademark Notice
This website is not affiliated with BMW AG or other vehicle manufacturers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All mentioned brands, product names, and logos, in particular BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, ISTA, INPA, EDIABAS, E-Sys, and similar designations, are the property of their respective rights holders.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. The version published at the time of the order applies.
Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
