After purchase, you will receive an email containing a text file. This text file contains a link to the cloud download and a step-by-step installation guide.
3) Do you offer a remote installation service?
Yes. You can book our remote support and schedule an appointment. If you have trouble with the installation despite the video guide, we will install and set everything up for you.
You only need a stable internet connection and sufficient free hard drive space for the installation.
4) How can I be sure the software will work on my laptop?
The software works on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). All system requirements can be found in the product description. Especially important is sufficient free hard drive space, as indicated for the respective product.
5) I have installed the software according to the instructions, but I cannot connect to the vehicle. What can I do?
All our ISTA products include a PDF guide that explains how to set up your ICOM, K+DCAN, or ENET cable.
If you have trouble with this, please contact the seller of your cable/interface, as we are not responsible for third-party hardware. Alternatively, you can book our remote support. We will then set up the connection for you.
6) Do I need special cables or adapters?
Yes. Every diagnostic program requires compatible hardware (ENET, K+DCAN, ICOM, VAS6154, etc.). The supported cables/adapters are always listed in the product description.
7) How long do I have access to the download link?
You have 30 days to download your purchase and save it on your computer. If you do not download the product within 30 days, you must purchase it again.
We offer 30 days of access because cloud storage has monthly costs and bandwidth limits. 30 days is more than enough time to safely download the files and save them to your device.
